LabelKit — Privacy Policy

What we collect

Label data you type (nutrients, serving sizes) is processed in your browser to draw the label. We do not store it on our servers.
Purchase data: when you buy, Stripe collects your email, payment details and billing country. We receive purchase records (email, amount, plan, subscription status) from Stripe to deliver and support your purchase. We never receive your full card number.
License token: after purchase a signed license token is saved in your browser's local storage so your exports stay unlocked. It contains your Stripe checkout, customer and subscription IDs, which we check with Stripe to confirm your access.
Anonymous usage counts: we count page views and a few clicks (for example export, checkout and outbound link clicks) with our own cookie-less tool. Each event records only the event name, page path, referring website and country. No IP address, cookie or user identifier is stored.
Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, URL) for security and operations.

How we use it

To provide LabelKit, process payments, prevent fraud, answer support requests and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising trackers in the app.

Service providers

Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting) process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can clear the license token by clearing your browser storage. To access, correct or delete purchase records we hold, email us; some records must be kept for tax and accounting purposes. California residents may exercise their rights under applicable California law by contacting us.
