LabelKit — Terms of Sale & Use

LabelKit is a software tool offered by SupportMates LLC (“we”, “us”). Contact: sales@thesupportmates.com. By using LabelKit or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

Label pack — $19 USD, one-time: lifetime access, on the browser where you purchased, to print-ready exports (SVG, PDF, clean PNG and NOM-051 seal SVG). LabelKit Pro — $12 USD per month: the same exports while your subscription is active. Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from the “Manage / cancel subscription” button in the app (Stripe customer portal) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless otherwise shown in the portal. Taxes may apply.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

3. Refunds

Because LabelKit is a digital product delivered immediately, sales are generally final. If it does not work for you, email sales@thesupportmates.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Not legal or regulatory advice

LabelKit applies the rounding and threshold rules of 21 CFR 101.9 (FDA) and NOM-051-SCFI/SSA1-2010 (Mexico) to the numbers you enter. It does not analyze food, verify nutrient data, serving sizes (RACC), claims, ingredient lists or allergen statements. LabelKit is not legal, regulatory or professional advice. FDA does not pre-approve labels; you are solely responsible for the accuracy and compliance of your labels. Consult a qualified regulatory professional where needed.

5. Warranty and liability

LabelKit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to LabelKit is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including product recalls, relabeling costs or regulatory penalties.

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute the app, attempt to bypass the paywall, or misuse the service. Labels you generate are yours to use on your products.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or prices; changes apply to future purchases and renewals. Existing Pro subscribers will be notified before a price change.
